Some games will just not fit into the NMM structure. It takes a lot of programming to get the mods for each game to work properly with NMM - not every game uses the same game engine, and each game engine works entirely differently with it's mods. Just because The Nexus does support a game - that does not mean that NMM will automatically work with it. If GTA5 supports mods, I am sure it will be here.
